Pet Export from Thailand to Japan

Microchip: ISO 11784/11785 compliant, required before vaccination
Rabies Vaccination: Required (2 doses, inactivated/recombinant only)
1st Rabies Vaccination: Day 0 (pet must be 91+ days old)
2nd Rabies Vaccination: Required, more than 30 days after the 1st vaccination
Blood Sampling: Required after the 2nd vaccination
Rabies Titer Test: Required (AQS-designated lab only, ≥0.5 IU/ml, valid 2 years)
Waiting Period: 180 days from blood draw before arrival
Advance Notification: Required
